It’s the perfect opportunity to get together with friends and family and spend the evening enjoying the tasty cheesy feast together. Check out this easy to make traditional recipe:
Ingredients: (for 6 people)
– 1 kg of raclette cheese
– 1 kg of potatoes
– 6 slices of bacon
– 500 g of charcuterie
– Chicken fillet
Preparation:
1. Cook the potatoes by boiling them.
2. Slice the cheese. (or buy a cheese already cut)
3. Plug in the appliance and bring the potatoes warm.
4. Your raclette is ready! Call the guests or children at the table. 🙂
To accompany the raclette with vegetables and a salad, we offer a Greek salad:
Ingredients:
– 1 green salad or 2 handfuls of spinach leaves,
– small tomatoes,
– 250 g of feta,
– 1 cucumber,
– 1 pot of green or black olives (depending on which you prefer) if you like both
– you can add them,
– 1 red pepper and ½ yellow pepper,
– A Greek sauce bought especially (or you can do it yourself)
Preparation:
1. Prepare the Greek sauce. (detail behind the bag)
2. Wash the small tomatoes, cut them in half and put them in the bowl.
3. Wash the cucumber, then peel it and cut it into cubes.
4. Wash the peppers and cut them into cubes and put them in the bowl.
5. Then add the olives.
6.Cut the feta into cubes.
7. Wash and squeeze the salad.
8.Add everything else you have cut.
9. Add the Greek sauce.
10. Mix gently.
